Can I customise the AI responses?
Yes - you upload your house rules, check-in guide, pricing, and FAQs. TwinBasis answers exactly the way you would, using your tone and your information.
Is my guests' data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We are GDPR-compliant and never share guest data with third parties. Your property data stays yours.
What languages does TwinBasis respond in?
TwinBasis detects the guest's language automatically and responds in kind - supporting all major world languages out of the box.
How accurate is the AI? What if it makes a mistake?
TwinBasis only answers questions it has reliable context for. When unsure, it escalates to you with the full conversation so you can reply personally. You can review every interaction from your dashboard.
Does TwinBasis connect with Airbnb or Booking.com?
Direct OTA and PMS integrations are on our roadmap. Currently, TwinBasis works alongside your existing tools by handling communication on WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
Is there a free trial?
Early access members get an extended free trial with no credit card required. Apply via our Early Access page and we will be in touch within 48 hours.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel or change your plan at any time from your dashboard. Your data is available for export before cancellation.
What support is available?
All plans include email support with a 24-hour response time. We handle full onboarding for every new property and are available via WhatsApp during your first week.
